The Becktold family planned to install a brand new swimming pool in their Oregon home. A complex glass mosaic tile installation required high-quality installation materials be used. Anderson Poolworks planned to use a competitors system for the tile installation but after learning they would have to wait four weeks before tiles could be submerged, decided to look for more options. Bellevue Drive Private Residence
In early spring 2015, the Bellevue Drive home owners were
ready to begin an exterior façade tile installation. Inclement
weather and high temperatures often delayed the installation

An underground lobby with modular floor panels was engineered with a four-inch curl. Through gradual sloping and flattening that created a ramp, the curl was reduced with a minimum amount of concrete removal.

Fifteen Twenty-One Luxury Condos

George Lawrence House
Built in 1891, the George Lawrence House underwent a full renovation starting in 2015 to bring the original
historic décor back to life. Using extremely rare and expensive tiles from Italy and across Europe, ARDEX Tile and
Stone Installation Systems were selected solely for the setting of over 2,400 square feet of marble flooring,
walls and shower tile throughout the home. Working on a 125 year old original structure, lacking heat during
the cold winter months in Galesburg, IL proved challenging.
Georgia Housing Authority
Bathrooms in the occupied Georgia Housing Authority required remodeling. The budget, the time frame and displacing the residents from their bathrooms didn’t allow for the time necessary to remove the existing tile and replace it. This residential complex experienced deterioration of the balconies and façade. Spalling and exposed rebar called the integrity of the balconies into question. Repairs had to be sound, timely and aesthetically pleasing. <br />

The concrete around the windows of this luxury high-rise was deteriorating and unsightly. Worse, the damage was patched with standard concrete, resulting in cracking, disbonding and general failure of the repairs. Modern Residence on 45th
Construction was scheduled to begin on a luxurious residence in Vancouver, BC. Interior and exterior areas of the new home were to be fitted with floor and wall tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, deck, patio and wall feature in the common area. New York State Housing Authority

North Creek Mosaic Project
Starting in 2011, the community of North Creek, NY has commissioned
tiling work along a 200 ft. retaining wall flanking the entrance into
downtown. Lead by local artist Kate Hartley, the Jonsburgh Fine Arts
Group, and thousands of volunteers; the North Creek Mosaic Project is
an on-going work in progress. The varying and extreme temperatures
in the Adirondack Mountains would put to the test the workability and
durability of tile and stone mortars. The project was also faced with
overcoming fundraising obstacles and the number of volunteer man
hours needed to complete this community project.
PANDOMO Private Residence
The complete renovation of a home in Las Vegas required a unique type of floor finish. After seeing the beautiful character and reflection of trowel lines and swirls of PANDOMO® Loft, the homeowner selected the product.

Phoenix Office Building

The private family home features a 1,500 square-foot stone tile patio surround. The original installation using competitor’s grouts and mortars failed after four years. The family were worried the tiles would soon start cracking and popping off causing safety and liability concerns. Private Residence Swimming Pool - Kelowna, B.C.
After their home was destroyed by a forest fire, the owners of this luxury private residence built a concrete swimming pool embedded into the hillside of the homes backyard with a stunning overlook of a lake and the valley below. Rock was blasted to make way for the inground pool. The pool sat empty for nearly two years. With a graduation party scheduled to take place at the pool, Exquisite Tile Services was pressed to finish this complex installation of porcelain and glass mosaics. Regency House Condominiums
A water softening system would require the filling of a 25-cubic foot trench around a drain. Curbing needed to be poured to create a trough around the area. The Rothfus Residence was in need of expedited repairs after
water damage from a leak ruined the floors in their kitchen and
entry way. New 12’ x 24’ porcelain tiles were to be installed so an absolutely flat subfloor was required. The Washington Condos

Watertower Place Apartment Complex
Watertower Place Apartment Complex in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is a modern community with upscale amenities and an excellent location. The building is situated at the bottom of an industrial area on a sloped hill where rain water and other external moisture sources run towards the building. The building had no landscaping or other barriers to block and absorb environmental water and moisture.
