GIVEAWAY: 2025 POLARIS GENERAL XP 1000

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to contractors/installers purchasing ARDEX, HENRY and/or DTA products within the promotional period. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in US and Canada. Employees of ARDEX, its affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Promotion Period: Purchases must be made between December 16, 2024, and June 30, 2025.

How to Enter: Contractors/installers who purchase ARDEX, HENRY and/or DTA products can enter via ARDEX website and provide name, address, email/phone and company represented (if applicable), and a Proof of purchase (invoices) must be submitted for validation. Only purchases from authorized distributors qualify.

Winner Selection: The winner will be the individual or business with the highest total purchases of ARDEX products during the promotional period. In the event of a tie, a random draw will determine the winner. Winner selection will be completed by July 15, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email or phone.

Prize Details: The prize is a Polaris GENERAL XP 1000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards. Delivery or pickup arrangements for the prize will be made with the winner.

Taxes and Fees: The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, and associated fees.

Disqualification: ARDEX reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraudulent activity, incomplete forms, or non-compliance with the terms.

Publicity: By participating, the winner agrees to allow ARDEX to use their name, company name, and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.
