1. SPONSOR
The ARDEX Oktoberfest Experience Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by ARDEX Americas, with its principal place of business at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Aliquippa PA 15001 (“Sponsor”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on December 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s designated server clock shall be the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to:
• Legal residents of the United States and Canada
• Professional installers
• Individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry

4. HOW TO ENTER (ONLINE RECEIPT SUBMISSION ONLY)
Participants may enter the Promotion only by submitting qualifying purchase receipts for eligible ARDEX self-leveling products through the official Promotion entry form available at:
https://www.ardexamericas.com/oktoberfest-experience-giveaway/
To be eligible, submitted receipts must meet ALL of the following requirements:
• Be for qualifying ARDEX self-leveling SKUs listed on the official Promotion landing page
• Reflect a purchase made during the Promotion Period
• Clearly display:
o Distributor or vendor name
o Date of purchase
o Qualifying ARDEX product name or SKU
o Transaction total amount
Multiple receipt submissions are permitted. All verified qualifying purchases submitted under the same participant’s name and email address or company name will be combined to determine total verified spend.
Limit one (1) participant account per individual or business entity. Entries submitted by any other method outside of the official online entry form will not be accepted.

5. NO ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY
There is no alternate or mail-in method of entry for this Promotion. Participation requires submission of a qualifying purchase receipt through the official Promotion website during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is a purchase-based professional incentive program and is not intended for the general consumer public.

6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will:
1. Review and verify all submitted receipts
2. Confirm eligibility of participants
3. Calculate total verified qualifying spend for each participant
The five (5) participants with the highest total verified qualifying spend will be selected as potential winners, subject to verification, eligibility confirmation, and travel confirmation.
In the event of a tie, Sponsor reserves the right to apply a tie-breaking method based on earliest verified submission date, additional purchase verification, or a random selection conducted at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. PRIZE DETAILS
Each of the five (5) winners will receive one (1) 6-day, 5-night Germany travel experience, which includes:
• Round-trip economy-class airfare to Germany
• Six (6) days / five (5) nights hotel accommodations
• Ground transportation for airport transfers and scheduled Sponsor activities
• Participation in an organized group Oktoberfest experience
• Additional organized ARDEX cultural activities
Expected travel dates: September 27, 2026 – October 3, 2026, subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion.
The prize does not include:
• Passport or visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Alcohol, meals, or personal expenses unless expressly stated
• Optional excursions
• Taxes
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be the individual or business with the highest total purchases of Ardex products during the promotional period. The highest sales of product is based on shipping location. Location may be defined by region, city, state, or country. In the event of a tie, a random draw will determine the winner.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or about August 1, 2026.
Each potential winner must:
• Confirm availability for travel
• Confirm possession of or ability to obtain a valid passport
• Winners must confirm their ability to accept the prize within five (5) days of receiving the winner notification email.
Failure to comply within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation as required by law.

11. USE OF NAME, LIKENESS & CONTENT
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the unrestricted right to use their name, business name, city/state/province of residence, likeness, photographs, videos, testimonials, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, marketing, and internal communication purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information
• Technical, mechanical, printing, or communication errors
• Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or corrupted entries
• Airline cancellations, delays, force majeure events, acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or any other events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

13. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Submits fraudulent, altered, or duplicated receipts
• Misrepresents eligibility
• Attempts to tamper with, manipulate, or abuse the Promotion
• Violates these Official Rules

14. PRIVACY
All personal information collected will be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

16. SPONSOR RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, regulatory changes, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
