The America Built By You™ Sweepstakes (« Sweepstakes ») is sponsored by ARDEX Americas (« Sponsor »).
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (« Sweepstakes Period »).
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may submit a project through the designated America Built By You™ campaign entry form.
Submission requirements may include:
- Name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Email address
- Project name
- Project location
- Project description
- ARDEX and/or HENRY products used (if applicable)
- Project photographs
Limit one (1) entry per submitted project.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
Submission Requirements
Entrants must own or have permission to submit all content provided, including photographs and project information.
Submissions must not:
- Infringe upon the rights of any third party
- Contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random each week during the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received.
A total of four (4) winners will be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize
Each selected winner will receive one (1) $250 gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (« ARV ») of each prize: $250.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their submitted project information, photographs, company name, city, state/province, and likeness for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and public relations purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property License
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and display submitted materials in connection with Sponsor’s business, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Winner List
For a list of winners, participants may contact Sponsor following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
