 ARDEX Americas Reinforces Marketing Team through Acquisition of Local Talent

ALIQUIPPA, PA --- ARDEX Americas recently announced the addition of two Pittsburgh area professionals to complement and strengthen its in-house marketing team.
Charlene Frederick of Monongahela accepted the position of Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, assuming responsibility for customer loyalty programs and coordination of day-to-day operations for the ARDEX Americas marketing and communications department. Charlene previously led the marketing and communications efforts at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and worked in advertising and corporate communications for the U.S. Postal Service. She also taught undergraduate communications and public relations at California University of Pennsylvania.
Jaime Dray of Crafton accepted the position of Marketing and Communications Specialist. Her key responsibilities are building digital and social media programs and driving marketing campaigns through the customer relations management (CRM) system. Jaime previously worked at Junior Achievement of Western PA, The Lighthouse Foundation and FSC Marketing Communications. She brings experience in public relations, social media development and event planning to ARDEX Americas.

Charlene earned her Master’s degree in Communications Studies at California University and did her undergraduate study at Grove City College where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts. Jaime earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications at Duquesne University and did her undergraduate study at Westminster College where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
Both Frederick and Dray bring strong and award-winning experience to ARDEX Americas having earned recognition from industry groups such as the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators.
