The Flooring Contractors Association, FCICA, announced Jose Hernandez as the latest recipient of the Bruce Newbrough Memorial Certified Installation Manager Program (CIM) Scholarship. Jose works for Koydol, Inc. in Silver Spring, Maryland. The scholarship is provided in partnership with ARDEX Americas.
Jose anticipates the advantages the program will give him, and his team.
In molding myself to become an effective installation manager, I can optimize my team’s delivery and execution on every project,” he said. “[This Scholarship is] the next big step on learning how to organize myself and my team.
The Bruce Newbrough Memorial Scholarship covers the costs associated with the entire Certified Installation Manager (CIM) program, including application, content and assessment fees. Bruce Newbrough, former ARDEX Director of Technical Services and later Applications Development, had a passion for advancing the flooring industry with education.
