This was the exact thing Daniel Helm; owner of Helm Construction, kept telling himself while taking on two bathroom remodels in Vestal, NY.
Daniel had used ARDEX UI 740™ FLEXBONE® just twice before taking on this job, but was already hooked on using ARDEX Tile and Stone Installation System products!
“FLEXBONE, not unlike every other ARDEX product out there, beats the competition. The single direction troweling to fill the surface is a big time saver and I found it to be less fatiguing.”, proclaimed Daniel.
Besides ARDEX FLEXBONE, Daniel used an array of ARDEX Tiling products for the install.
“The speed advantage of the 207 versus thinsets gets me installing faster and maximizing profits”, said Daniel in regards to using ARDEX AF 207™ Pre-Mixed, Rapid-Set Uncoupling Bonding Adhesive.
ARDEX WA™ High-Performance, 100% Solids Epoxy Grout and Adhesive in Slate Gray and Fresh Lily were used in the master and smaller bathrooms.
ARDEX Liquid Backer Board® Self-Leveling Underlayment for Interior Wood and Concrete Subfloors was poured on the entire floor in the master bathroom.
“X5 is an amazing thinset to work with, sticks to the tiles and substrates with a DEATH GRIP and keeps its’ exact form…”, said Daniel on using ARDEX X 5™ Flexible Tile and Stone Mortar.
