Information ARDEX X 65™ Lite
ARDEX X 65™ Lite is a versatile, high-performance lightweight mortar (30 lb. bag) delivering equal or better coverage than competitive 50 lb. bags. The easy-to-apply, creamy consistency is sag resistant and ideal for setting large format and heavy tile. ARDEX X 65 Lite can be used for setting porcelain, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles.

Water Ratio: Floors
5 1/4 quarts – 6 quarts (5 – 5.5 L) of clean water per unit. *For smaller batches, use 3 parts powder to 1-part clean water by volume
Water Ratio: Walls
5 1/4 quarts (5 L) to 5 1/2 quarts (5.2L) of clean water per unit.
Half Bag Mixes are recommended for walls: 2 3/4 quarts (2.6L) clean water with a high-speed mixer 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. DO NOT ADD MORE WATER.

Approximate Coverage per 30 lb. (13.6 kg) bag:
1/4” x 1/4” (6 mm) sq. notch trowel = 103 ft² (9.5m²) per unit
1/4” x 3/8” (6 mm x 9 mm) sq. notch trowel = 84 ft² (7.8 m²) per unit
1/2” x 1/2” (12 mm) sq. notch trowel = 52 ft² (4.8 m²) per unit
Coverage varies with texture of substrate surface.
