ARDEX P 51™ is a solvent-free primer that improves the adhesion of ARDEX products over standard absorbent dry concrete substrates, as well as over other substrates in specialized applications. ARDEX P 51 also can be used over wood with select products such as ARDEX GS-4™ and ARDEX Liquid Backerboard™. Non-porous substrates such as burnished concrete, terrazzo, quarry and ceramic tile, and epoxy coatings must be primed with ARDEX P 82™ Ultra Prime.

Chase Bank Building
Some concrete floors in the Chase Bank Building were in need of re-leveling. The outer parameter of some
walls had settled lower than the middle floor areas. The building owner desired the floors to be exceptionally

Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal E
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)'s five terminals with 161 gates are U-shaped to minimize the distance between a passenger’s car and the airplane. H&M Herald Square
The new flagship H&M clothing store located at Herald Center in Manhattan, New York is the largest H&M store in the world. When the building owner began renovations to prepare the historic building for the store opening, some serious flooring issues where discovered. The 90 year-old floors required leveling before new large format porcelain
tiles could be installed by six union tile crews throughout the space.

Hanscom Air Force Base Building 1618
Hanscom’s host unit is the 66th Air Base Group, which is part of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The men and women of the 66th Air Base Group provide outstanding services to more than 3,000 active duty, Reserve and National Guard military personnel and DoD civilians who work and live at Hanscom Air Force Base. Additionally, they support more than 125,000 retired military personnel, annuitants and spouses living in the six-state New England area and New York. JFK Center for Performing Arts Opera House Attic

Kaiser Permanente Pediatrics Relocation
The 50-year-old Bellflower Kaiser Permanente Pediatrics building
and parking lot required complete demolition and renovation.
Hospital administrators wanted to create a friendly, welcoming
environment for the children and families who visit. They also

LA Hall of Justice
The Los Angeles Hall of Justice was built in 1925. County residents and the buildings’ tenants desired a historical renovation to maintain the integrity of the landmark. After an earthquake in 1994, the building was closed because of safety and health risks. It was essential that renovation plans include seismic retrofitting to comply with earthquake standards and codes. The scope of work included structural demolition of some floors, retrofitting of structural and non-structural elements to meet current seismic performance requirements and several tenant improvements. Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Facilities
Due to the large scale and challenging job site conditions, the ARDIFLO AMP® 100 was used to install ARDEX GS-4™ Self-Leveling Repair Underlayment for Distressed Gypsum and Wood Subfloors.
Medical Center Hospital

Nemacolin Fitness Center
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa planned to unveil in early January, 2017 a fully renovated fitness center. The centerpiece to this project would be a 1,200 square foot gym floor tiled with Dekton Ultra Compact Surfaces 5’ x 5’ Super Format tiles. Adjacent spa areas would remain open during the fitness center renovation. The entire floor construction was to be completed within a one week period.
